Dr. Papel is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, the Auditory Society, and the Maryland Academy of Audiology.


She is a SONUS network member. Dr. Papel is licensed by the Board of Examiners for Audiology to practice audiology. She has been practicing audiology for approximately 28 years and in private practice since 1990.

Dr. Papel has lived in Baltimore since 1983.She resides in Baltimore County with her husband Ira. They have two daughters, Jillian and Haley.
